Bernie Saxon, President
Joining us in 1997 as our CFO before assuming an increasingly greater role in managing the day to day operations of the company, Bernie is a CPA with public accounting experience. Prior to Barclay he worked for a nationally recognized accounting firm. He graduated from the University of Miami where he was a member of the cross country and track team. He is a resident of PA and has a full family compliment which includes 3 children, 2 of which are twins.
Cassandra Bossen, VP Operations
Cassandra has had extensive experience in customer service and operations before joining Barclay in 2006. Starting as Administrative Manager, Cassandra has grown through her management roles, transitioning to Parts Manager, then to Operations Manager, and finally to VP of Operations. As an integral part of our Management team, she oversees all aspects of our Parts, Service and After Sales areas. Cassandra resides in Middlesex County with her husband and two daughters.
Bob Matthews, Sales Manager
Bob Matthews has been involved with the material handling industry for many years working with Barclay as a Territory Manager, running a Rental Department, and representing the Yale factory as a National Accounts Manager. Bob is a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance with a collateral degree in Training and Development. He lives with his wife in Clark, NJ and has a beautiful family consisting of 2 married daughters, a 1-year-old granddaughter, and a baby grandson on his way this May. He loves all sports, especially college basketball where he coached a traveling AAU team for 7 years, and his new passion golf, where he finds himself in the woods much more than he would like to admit.
Carolyn Walezak, Director of Marketing & Business Development
With over 25 years at Barclay, Carolyn Walezak has played a vital role across multiple departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer support. A Rutgers University graduate with a B.A. in Labor & Employee Relations, she now leads marketing, social media engagement, and website strategy to enhance customer connections and Barclay’s online presence.
Beyond work, Carolyn is deeply involved in her community—serving on school and scouting boards, organizing holiday donation drives, and maintaining a local park with her family through the town's "Adopt-A-Spot" program. Her dedication to service, both professionally and personally, reflects Barclay’s core values.
Jeanette Adase, Rental Manager
Jeanette Adase has been a vital part of Barclay since 1998, bringing over two decades of expertise in the material handling industry. Her career has spanned multiple roles, from Rental Coordinator to Service Administrative Supervisor, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both service and rental operations.
Since 2014, Jeanette has led the Rental Department, ensuring customers receive the right equipment solutions with a focus on exceptional service. Her leadership is defined by strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys time with her daughter, Ashley, a recent Rowan University graduate in Business Finance, and shares a love for animals.
Gayatri Bhise, Accounting Manager
Accounting Manager Gayatri Bhise joined Barclay in 2005 as HR Manager. As Accounting Manager, she will work closely with cross-functional teams (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Operations, and HR) to align financial goals with business objectives. Gayatri graduated from Delhi University in India and came to the U.S. in 1997. Gayatri resides in Piscataway, NJ with her husband. Her son, who was 5 years old when she started working here, is now working for a big corporation in Seattle. She loves music, travel, and chess where she has played at the National Level. She also volunteers as a teacher at HINDI USA online school.
Her motto is "Think Big. Work Hard. Achieve More."
Shan Hiralal, Parts Manager
Shan Hiralal has joined our Parts team as a Parts Manager. Shan has over 10 years of experience in customer service, fleet management, inventory control and warehouse management. Shan started his own auto repair shop, SVD Auto Repair Shop in Piscataway, NJ in 2019. Prior to this, Shan worked at Advance Auto Parts in Englishtown, NJ as an Operations Manager for 6 years. Shan studied Electronics Engineering from Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ. Shan lives with his parents, two brothers and a little puppy Bentley in Piscataway, NJ. In his spare time, Shan likes to work on cars, play basketball and DJ at private parties.
Gabriela (Gaby) Troche, Human Resource Manager
Gabriela Troche joined Team Barclay in December 2024 as our Human Resource Manager. Gabby holds a degree in International Relations from The American University of Paraguay and brings with her six+ years of diverse experience in Human Resources and Payroll. Prior to joining Barclay, she also served as an Office Manager, further enhancing her leadership and organizational skills.
Outside of work, Gabby values family time and enjoys fishing with her husband and 4-year-old son. Her personal motto is: “Through every dark night, there is a brighter day."
